Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly inside client environments — sitting at the intersection of engineering and delivery. You won't just hand off specs; you'll be on the ground with clients, understanding their operations firsthand and building solutions in real time. This is a client-facing technical role that requires equal parts engineering skill and business instincts.

What You'll Do

• Embed directly with client teams to understand workflows, pain points, and technical constraints
• Build and configure AI-powered tools, integrations, and automations tailored to each client's environment
• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients during active engagements
• Translate messy, real-world business problems into scoped, buildable solutions
• Work closely with Revival Group's delivery lead to scope work, manage timelines, and flag risks Support handoff and ensure clients can operate what you build

What We're Looking For

• Experience working directly with customers or clients in a technical capacity (forward deployed, solutions engineering, or similar)
• Ability to build quickly in client environments — APIs, integrations, automation, AI tooling
• Strong communication skills; comfortable in client meetings and able to manage expectations
• Self-directed and adaptable — you figure things out without a lot of hand-holding
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript; familiarity with common SaaS tools and APIs
• Bonus: experience with AI/LLM integration, workflow automation, or small business tech stacks
